We are looking for a performance-driven Sr. Executive – Campaigns (Clevertap Automation) to own end-to-end customer engagement campaigns across channels including Push Notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and RCS.
The role involves planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing customer journeys focused on activation, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with campaign management platforms, customer segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and campaign analytics in a fast-paced D2C, fintech, or app-first setting.
Clevertap experience is mandatory.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution· Execute and manage customer engagement campaigns across Push Notifications, In app banners, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and RCS
· Build and optimize automated customer journeys, triggers, drip campaigns, and lifecycle communication flows
· Coordinate with product, business, content, and design teams to ensure timely campaign execution
· Manage campaign calendars and ensure smooth delivery across channels
Customer Lifecycle & Retention· Drive user activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation campaigns
· Create audience cohorts and segmentation strategies based on user behavior and lifecycle stages
· Identify opportunities to improve repeat engagement and customer retention
Campaign Optimization & Analytics· Track and analyze campaign KPIs including CTR, open rates, conversions, retention, engagement, and revenue impact
· Conduct A/B testing on communication, creatives, timing, and audience targeting
· Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance
Platform & Journey Management· Work on CRM and campaign automation tools to set up journeys, triggers, segmentation, and personalization
