About the Role
Driven Properties India is looking for ambitious, commercially driven Dubai Investment Advisors with hands-on experience in Dubai real estate sales and a proven ability to engage HNI and UHNI investors.
The ideal candidate understands the Dubai property market, builds trusted investor relationships, and converts high-value investment opportunities into successful transactions. This opportunity is best suited to professionals who are comfortable with a commission-based model and are motivated by performance-linked earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
· Build and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI investors, entrepreneurs, business owners, and affluent individuals.
· Advise clients on Dubai real estate investment opportunities, including off-plan and ready properties.
· Demonstrate strong knowledge of Dubai developers, projects, payment plans, market trends, and investment fundamentals.
· Generate business through personal networks, referrals, prospecting, and qualified leads.




· Manage the complete sales cycle—from investor consultation and property recommendations to negotiation, booking, and closure.
· Develop a robust pipeline of high-value prospects and maintain consistent follow-ups.
· Coordinate with Dubai-based teams, developers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
· Achieve sales and revenue targets while delivering a premium client experience.
· Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups, and sales pipeline updates in the CRM.

Candidate Requirements
· 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Dubai real estate sales or property investment advisory.
· Proven experience handling HNI/UHNI clients and high-value property transactions.
· Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, off-plan developments, leading developers, and payment structures.
· Demonstrated negotiation, relationship management, and deal-closing capabilities.
