Make My Interiors is looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. If you have experience in recruitment, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee management, we’d love to hear from you
? Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, candidate sourcing, and interviews.
• Coordinate background verification and reference checks.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and facilitate employee onboarding and orientation.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement
• Address employee queries regarding company policies, attendance, salary, and workplace procedures.
• Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
• Assist managers with performance reviews and employee development.
• Conduct exit interviews and support employee retention initiatives.

3. Payroll, Salary & Statutory Compliance
• Calculate monthly salaries based on attendance, leaves, deductions, incentives,



and other applicable components.
• Calculate and process PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC contributions in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and coordinate timely salary disbursement with the finance team.
• Manage attendance, leave records, salary structures, and employee deductions.
• Support monthly statutory filings, challans, and related documentation for PF and ESIC.

4. HR Policies & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal procedures.
• Maintain confidential employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.

5. HR Systems & Reporting
• Maintain accurate employee databases and HR records.
• Prepare reports on recruitment, employee turnover, attendance, payroll, and other HR metrics.
