Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR/Admin Executive to join our team at Altairo. This role is crucial to ensuring seamless internal operations, supporting our growing team, and maintaining the premium standards we are known for. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced workplace, has a people-first mindset, and understands the nuances of luxury work culture.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day HR functions,



including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance
• Maintain employee records, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Support administrative tasks including inventory, office supplies
• Assist leadership in planning team meetings, reviews, and maintaining office discipline
• Ensure smooth internal communication across departments
• Handle documentation, record keeping, and file management

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR/Admin roles (preferably in premium/luxury environments)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR software/tools is a plus
