Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Executive with robust knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and system administration to manage day-to-day IT operations at our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate should be capable of troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network connectivity, and ensuring the smooth and secure functioning of the company's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
1. Hardware & Desktop Support
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, keyboards, and other peripherals.
• Install, configure,



upgrade, and maintain computer systems, operating systems, and business applications.
• Troubleshoot laptop performance issues, hardware failures, operating system errors, and device connectivity problems.
• Manage system formatting, OS installation, software installation, driver updates, and routine maintenance.
• Coordinate hardware repairs, warranty claims, and replacements with authorised vendors.
2. Networking & IT Infrastructure
• Set up, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and access points.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, slow internet, IP conflicts, DNS issues, and related problems.
• Monitor network performance and ensure reliable connectivity across the office.
• Assist in managing firewalls, network security, VPN access, and secure remote connectivity.
