Role Description The Social Media Intern is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the foundation’s online presence and public engagement. Day-to-day tasks include creating and publishing social media posts, assisting in developing content calendars, and monitoring engagement across platforms. The intern will help implement digital marketing and social media marketing strategies to increase awareness of the foundation’s activities and campaigns.



Responsibilities also include collaborating with team members to gather content, responding to basic inquiries or comments, and preparing straightforward performance reports on social media reach and engagement. This role offers hands-on experience in social impact communication while working closely with the foundation’s staff.
Qualifications

• Should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation to manage and grow the foundation’s online presence.
• Should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing to support campaigns, outreach initiatives, and audience targeting.
• Should possess strong Communication skills to convey messages clearly and engage with online communities.
• Basic familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn) and current social media trends.
