Role Description The Center Manager and Block Coordinator for the Skill Development project will oversee day-to-day operations of the training center and coordinate project activities across designated blocks in Odisha, India. This full-time, on-site role includes planning and implementing skill development programs, monitoring trainee enrollment and attendance, and ensuring training quality and compliance with project guidelines. The role involves coordinating with local stakeholders, community organizations,



and internal teams to mobilize candidates, organize outreach activities, and support placement opportunities for trained participants. The Center Manager and Block Coordinator will maintain accurate records, prepare periodic reports, manage center resources, and support continuous improvement of the training delivery and learner experience.
Qualifications

• Strong project coordination and center management skills, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring of training activities.
• Experience in skill development, vocational training, or education projects, preferably within the apparel or textile sector.
• Ability to engage with community stakeholders, mobilize participants, and conduct outreach in local blocks.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, data entry, reporting tools) and maintaining documentation.
