Role Overview
Cracker Media is looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor with a strong visual sense, sound design fundamentals and the ability to translate ideas into engaging creative work across digital, social media and brand communication.

This role is suited to someone with minimum 1.5-2 years of qualified design experience, preferably in an agency, social & digital marketing, branding or content environment.

We are looking for a designer who can think beyond execution, contribute ideas during the creative process, and work comfortably across static design, video content, and newer AI-assisted design workflows.

What You Will Do
• Collaborate with the creative, content and strategy teams to ideate, brainstorm and develop visual concepts.
• Create engaging visual content for social media, including videos, reels, static posts, carousels, stories, campaign creatives and digital advertisements.




• Design a range of brand and marketing collateral, including logos, brand guidelines, packaging, emailers, newsletters, catalogues, presentations and other communication materials.
• Create and edit social media videos, Instagram Reels, stories and other short-form video content.
• Work on basic motion graphics and animation requirements for digital and social media content.
• Translate creative briefs, content ideas and campaign concepts into effective visual communication.
• Adapt designs across different formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop mood boards, visual directions and creative references for campaigns and shoots.
• Use AI-assisted design tools as part of the creative process for ideation, image generation, image enhancement and visual exploration.
• Support website, landing page and basic UI design requirements wherever needed.
• Work across multiple brands and categories while ad
