The Network Administrator will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware moves, and software installs. Responds to IT queries, provide trouble-shooting support to all North American locations, and works independently or with the CIO to create solutions, and works to implements solution within specified time frames.

Qualifications:
• 4- year degree required or compensatory experience. Bachelor of Computer Science / Diploma in Computer Science / engineering/ BE Computer Science /MCA
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Active Directory on premise and cloud.
• Proficient with VMWare and server virtualization.
• Familiar with Firewall configurations, routing, VPN and security.
• Must be versatile and have a willingness to learn new technologies.
