Role Description The Deputy General Manager of Sales is a volunteer, on-site role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. This role involves overseeing daily sales operations, guiding sales teams, and implementing strategies to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets. The individual will monitor customer satisfaction, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure consistent, high-quality customer service standards. Responsibilities also include reporting on sales performance,



mentoring team members, supporting general management activities, and contributing to long-term business development initiatives.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Sales skills and a proven ability to drive revenue and achieve targets.
• Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance client relationships.
• Candidates should possess General Management and Team Management skills to lead teams and support broader business operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in real estate or related industries is an advantage.
