email and voice agents. Our WhatsApp and social media campaigns bring in
business owners who have already shown interest. As our SDR, you call every
one of them, show them the product, start their trial, and take the ones who
want a paid plan all the way to payment and onboarding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Call every interested lead: reach each lead from our WhatsApp and social
media campaigns who has shown interest, and explain what krid.ai's agents
do for their business.
Demo & trial activation: give a live demo of the agent that fits their
business, then activate their trial.




Plans, explained in depth: walk them through the difference between our
agents and plans — what each includes, what is chargeable, what extra
charges apply, and what will and won't work for them.
Close & hand over: for anyone choosing a paid plan, coordinate with the
team to raise the invoice, collect payment, and hand the customer to our
onboarding team.
No false promises: make sure every customer understands the
requirements and plan details before they pay. Never promise a feature,
price or result the product doesn't deliver.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Comfortable on the phone: you enjoy calling people every day, listen
before you pitch, and can hold a transparent conversation with a busy business
owner.
Product understanding: you can learn a software product well enough to
demo it live and answer detailed questions about plans and pricing without
guessing.
