We are seeking a skilled PLM Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Lifecycle Management, with a focus on optimizing product development processes and enhancing cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) strategies to optimize product development processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on PLM initiatives.
• Analyze and improve existing PLM tools and systems for better efficiency and user experience.
• Provide training and support to team members on PLM processes and tools.
• Monitor and report on PLM performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Skills And Qualifications





• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-15 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management or related field.
• Proficiency in PLM software tools (e.g., PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Syst mes ENOVIA).
• Robust project management skills and experience in managing product development projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
