Location: Goa | Office-Based | Rotational Shifts
Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA (Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities1. Pre-Arrival Guest Coordination
• Connect with guests via WhatsApp and phone following booking confirmation across direct and OTA channels.
• Collect guest IDs, arrival timings, preferences, and other essential information.
• Share check-in instructions, property locations, and house rules.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth and timely guest arrivals.

2. Guest Support & Issue Resolution




• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests before and throughout their stay.
• Respond promptly to guest queries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, Operations, and on-ground teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Escalate concerns in line with company SOPs and ensure timely resolution.

3. Guest Upselling & Experience Enhancement
• Promote additional services, including airport transfers, chef services, meals, yoga, massages, and curated experiences.
• Communicate service details and pricing clearly to guests.
• Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure the smooth delivery of requested services.

4. Post-Stay Engagement & Feedback
• Follow up with guests after check-out to gather feedback on their experience.
• Encourage reviews across Google, Airbnb, and other relevant platforms.
• Identify recurring concerns and share feedback to support service improvements.
