We are looking for a technically strong OSS Technician – Level 3 who can independently handle complex technical issues and provide advanced support across hardware, software, operating systems, servers, printers, and multiple OEM platforms.

JOB OVERVIEW
The In office IT Support L3 will provide advanced technical support for complex IT incidents involving desktops, laptops, printers, servers,



operating systems, and related infrastructure.
The successful candidate will use advanced technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience to diagnose and resolve technical issues while following established company policies, procedures, security requirements, and client service levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide Level 3 technical support for computer hardware, software, operating systems, and server environments.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and server hardware.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware and software.
• Provide support for server operating systems and related infrastructure.
• Perform advanced hardware diagnostics, component replacement, and system maintenance.
• Troubleshoot OEM-specific hardware and peripheral issu
