? Experience: Prior experience in payday loan collections is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end collection operations for payday loan portfolios.
✅ Drive collection efficiency, improve repayment rates, and reduce delinquencies.
✅ Lead and monitor collection teams to achieve daily and monthly targets.
✅ Track PTP (Promise to Pay), bounce cases, overdue accounts, and collection performance.




✅ Develop effective strategies for early bucket collections and delinquency control.
✅ Ensure professional, ethical, and compliant customer engagement practices.
✅ Prepare regular MIS reports and drive accountability across the team.
