What you’ll do:
• Assist in streamlining and documenting internal processes and workflows.
• Support in tracking key operational metrics, projects, and timelines.
• Help coordinate between departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain operational records, trackers, and documentation.
• Assist in vendor coordination, scheduling, and administrative support.
• Support in special projects and process improvement initiatives.

What we need:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and MS Office.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
• Interest in operations, process management, and business efficiency.
