Role ObjectiveThe Senior Manager – GST Consultation will be responsible for overall supervision and management of GST compliance, advisory, client servicing, quality control, team guidance, knowledge sharing and business development.
The role will involve direct interaction with key clients, particularly A++, A+, A and BCD clients, ensuring timely compliance, resolution of critical GST matters, effective coordination with Return and Refund Teams, and continuous identification of GST risks and opportunities.
Job Description: Senior Manager – GST Consultation
1. Monthly Return Filing
BCD Clients
• Attend and reply to critical queries.
A++ Clients
• Monitor timely filing and visits by Managers & Team.
• Attend, reply and visit clients for critical queries.
A+ Clients
• Attend and reply to critical queries.
A Clients
• Attend and reply to critical queries.
2. Training, Knowledge Sharing, Health Check-Up Meetings with Clients
A++ Clients
• Once in every quarter.
A+ Clients
• Once in every year.
3. Form 9/9C – All Clients
• List to be prepared by May end every year.
• Follow-up for Turnover and fees fixing.
• Allocation among staff for execution & review.
• Arrangement of financials & data from IT.
• Monitoring till all are filed by December 31st.
4. Watch on Balance in Cash/Credit Ledger, ITC Reversal Due to Rule 37, 42/43, Sale or Purchase of Assets
Applicable to A++ & A+ Clients
• Report & share information with Return & Refund Teams to incorporate in returns or respective activity.
5. Check on General Follow-Up by the Client, i.e. E-invoice, E-waybill, ISD, POS, TOS, Merchant Exports

• Report & share information with Return & Refund Teams to incorporate in returns or respective activity.
6. Concurrent Audit & Vouching with Monthly Return to Minimise Liability at the Time of 9/9C
