Position: Assistant Professor with Physical AI/ Assistant Professor / Associate Professor
Job Responsibilities
• Teach ECE subjects related to Physical AI, robotics, embedded systems, and intelligent hardware.
• Conduct research in Physical AI, autonomous systems, robotics, and AI-enabled electronic systems.
• Design intelligent systems integrating AI algorithms with sensors, actuators, and embedded hardware.
• Deliver practical laboratory sessions on robotics, edge AI, computer vision, and real-time control systems.
• Guide students in hands-on projects involving autonomous robots, intelligent devices, and AI-driven hardware applications.
• Develop AI models for real-world perception, decision-making, and control applications.
• Publish research papers in reputed journals and conferences and contribute to funded research projects.
• Develop innovative curricula, laboratory experiments,
and interdisciplinary projects in ECE and Physical AI.
• Collaborate with industry and research institutions on robotics, automation, and intelligent systems.
Physical AI – Required Skills
1. Core Technical Skills
• Robust knowledge of Electronics & Communication Engineering fundamentals.
• Embedded systems, microcontrollers, and hardware–software integration.
• Sensors, actuators, signal processing, and real-time control systems.
• Programming skills in Python and C/C++; MATLAB/Simulink is an advantage.
2. Artificial Intelligence and Robotics
• Machine Learning and Deep Learning for real-world applications.
• Robotics, autonomous systems, and intelligent control.
• Computer Vision and sensor fusion.
• Edge AI and deployment of AI models on embedded devices.
• Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS 2 is preferred.
