Role Description The Business Development Expert – Solar Industry role at Xpozive Media is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the solar sector, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and driving sales growth to meet revenue targets. The individual will conduct market research on solar products and services, prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, responding to client inquiries, negotiating contracts within defined guidelines,



and providing regular reports on business performance and market trends. The role also includes participating in industry events, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and supporting the development of strategic initiatives to expand the company’s presence in the solar market.

• Strong Business Development and Sales skills, with demonstrated ability to generate leads, convert opportunities, and manage a sales pipeline in the solar or renewable energy domain.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, handle objections, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Robust Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess project feasibility, and support pricing and negotiation decisions.
