We specialize in delivering cutting-edge agricultural drone spraying services and retail solutions to empower farmers across Tamil Nadu. We are looking for an energetic, field-ready Agriculture Drone Co-Pilot to join our ground operations team.

Key Responsibilities
* Field Operations: Assist the lead drone pilot in transporting, setting up, and operating agricultural spraying drones safely and efficiently across farm fields.
* Battery & Equipment Management: Handle drone batteries, charging stations, mixing stations, and routine maintenance of equipment in the field.
* Farmer Engagement: Coordinate with local farmers, understand field layouts, and ensure precise coverage during spraying operations.




* Safety & Compliance: Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols during flight and chemical handling operations.
* Data Logging: Maintain basic daily logs of flight hours, acreage covered, and equipment status.

Candidate Requirements
* Education: Minimum 10th pass, or any Bachelor’s/Associate degree. Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
* Passion for Agriculture: A genuine interest in farming, rural development, and modern agricultural technology.
* Physical Fitness: Willingness to work outdoors in agricultural fields under varied weather conditions.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory. Basic working knowledge of English is a plus.
* Mobility: Willingness to travel across our operational districts within Tamil Nadu as per project requirements. (Holding a two-wheeler driving license is an advantage).
