About the Role We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing team,



manage client accounts and drive performance-focused marketing strategies. This role requires a combination of team leadership, campaign management, analytics, client coordination and strategic thinking.

CTC: Up to ₹40,000/month + Performance-Linked Incentives

Key Responsibilities • Lead, mentor and manage digital marketing team members.
• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across client accounts.
• Manage and review Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, social media, lead generation and remarketing campaigns.
• Monitor key metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, lead quality and ROI.
• Review campaign performance and drive optimisation and corrective actions.
• Oversee the complete marketing funnel from ad → lead → CRM → appointment → revenue.
• Coordinate with creative, content, CRM, technology and strategy
