About the Role
We are looking for a driven, articulate, and commercially curious Sales Development Representative to join our outbound sales team.
In this role, you will engage decision-makers at mid-market and emerging enterprise eCommerce and DTC brands in the US through targeted research and outbound outreach. You'll connect with senior stakeholders, understand their business challenges,



and initiate meaningful conversations about how Convertcart can help improve their website conversion and customer experience.
This is a hands-on outbound role. You'll be responsible for executing cold outreach across calls, emails, and LinkedIn, building relevant conversations with prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, and booking high-quality website strategy demos for our Business Development team.
We're looking for someone who combines strong communication skills with research, persistence, sound judgment, and the ability to use AI tools effectively to improve the quality and efficiency of their work.

What You'll Do
• Execute outbound campaigns: Reach prospective customers through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach, using structured multi-touch sequences.
• Engage senior decision-makers: Connect with Founders, CEOs, VPs, Directors, and Heads of eCommerce, Digital, Growth, and Marketing at relevant eCommerce and DTC brands.
