Role Description The Human Resources Intern - Recruitment will support the HR team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles across the organization. This is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews,
maintaining candidate databases, and assisting with onboarding processes. The intern will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, contribute to refining recruitment processes, and help ensure a positive candidate experience. The role offers exposure to HR operations within a dynamic PropTech environment and opportunities to learn best practices in recruitment and talent management.
