A quick-moving digital-first brand in the consumer tech and lifestyle space, we’re building a vibrant, youth-driven content ecosystem that fuels engagement, brand loyalty, and viral growth across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. We ship 100+ pieces of scroll-stopping UGC weekly — authentic, trend-led, and performance-optimized — to capture GenZ and Millennial audiences across India.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit 5–10 high-energy UGC pieces per week across platforms — short-form videos, carousels, and Reels that align with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Stay ahead of TikTok/Instagram trends, memes, and audio hooks — adapting them into brand-native content that drives shares and saves.
• Collaborate with marketing leads to translate campaign briefs into viral-ready scripts, on-screen hooks, and CTA-driven hooks.
• Manage end-to-end production: location scouting, talent coordination, lighting setup, and post-production (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro).
• Track content performance (views, watch time, engagement rate)



and iterate based on data — optimizing hooks, pacing, and CTAs weekly.
• Build and maintain a content library of b-roll, templates, and stock audio to accelerate turnaround and ensure brand consistency.
