Sales Coordinator( From Signage Company)
3+ or more years in sales coordination, sales support, bid or tender administration, or contracts administration business to business, in construction, engineering, manufacturing, fitout or qualified services.
• Demonstrated ownership of a register or tracker with hard external deadlines, and a described method for never
missing one.
• High standard of written English, tested on the candidate's own unedited writing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel. Tested at interview.
• CRM or pipeline system experience — stage discipline, data accuracy, reporting.
• Document control discipline: version awareness, naming, and knowing when a set is superseded.
• Demonstrated remote delivery to an overseas client team.
• Degree or diploma in business, commerce, construction management, engineering or a related field; or equivalent demonstrated experience.

Preferred
• Bid, tender or proposal coordination for an Australian, UK, US or Gulf client base.
• Signage, wayfinding, shopfitting or retail rollout work.




• Experience with a tender network or government procurement portals.
• Prequalification and compliance submission experience.
