Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities
• Assist guests during check-in and check-out procedures
• Ensure proper tagging, storage, and delivery of guest baggage
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
• Coordinate with the front office and concierge for guest assistance
• Arrange transportation or assist with valet services when required

Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum Bachelors Degree
• Prior experience in hospitality is preferred
• Basic communication skills in English and local language
• Physically fit to handle luggage and stand for extended hours
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
