Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented interns to join our Accounts Receivable (AR) / Medical Billing team. Interns will gain practical exposure to healthcare revenue cycle management, insurance eligibility verification, claims processing, payment posting,



account reconciliation, and billing-related administrative activities under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Eligibility & Benefits Verification: Assist with verifying insurance eligibility and advantages and updating account information accurately
• Invoice Processing: Support the preparation, generation, and sending of invoices within established timelines
• Adjustments: Learn to process no-show adjustments, apply appropriate adjustment codes, and maintain accurate transaction records
• Bad Debt Management: Assist with tracking outstanding accounts and monitoring claim submission timelines
• Error Log & Claim Validation: Support the review of claim errors, validation of CMS-1500 claim forms, and tracking of rejected claims
• Unapplied Balance Management: Assist with identifying, researching, and resolving unapplied balances while maintaining account acc
