Operations & Logistics Manager – Vedantu Store

About the Role
Vedantu is looking for an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, order fulfilment, logistics, inventory, warehouse coordination, and vendor management. The role involves leading a team of 4–5 members, optimizing operational costs, improving CM1 performance, and ensuring efficient and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end order processing, fulfilment, dispatch, and delivery operations.
• Oversee inventory management, stock reconciliation, replenishment, and warehouse coordination.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, printing vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor operational KPIs, delivery SLAs, RTOs, returns, and customer escalations.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives, track cost per order,



and improve CM1 performance.
• Lead and manage a team of 4–5 operations and delivery members.
• Develop SOPs, improve operational processes, and maintain dashboards and reports.

Requirements
• 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and vendor coordination.
• Experience managing logistics partners and end-to-end order fulfilment.
• Understanding of operational cost optimization and contribution margins (CM1).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting.
• Experience with WMS and EasyEcom is preferred.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
