Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, data-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring solid hands-on expertise in paid media, analytics, conversion tracking, and performance optimization, along with a proven track record of driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities




• Plan and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, with a focus on lead generation, sales, customer acquisition, and ROI.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Demand Gen), Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Taboola, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
• Implement and troubleshoot tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and custom event tracking.
• Develop strategies for audience targeting, remarketing, retargeting, keyword research, bidding, and budget allocation.
• Optimize campaigns against key metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, CAC, and ROAS.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and scale campaigns while
