We are looking for energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Consultants to drive sales of construction equipment across Gurugram and Delhi NCR.
This is a field-based sales role involving regular visits to construction sites, builders, contractors and construction-related companies to identify business opportunities, demonstrate equipment and convert leads into sales.
No degree or diploma required. We value practical knowledge, communication skills, willingness to travel and the ability to generate business.
Key Responsibilities• Field Visits: Regularly visit construction sites,



builders, developers, contractors, EPC companies and other potential customers.
• Lead Generation: Identify prospective customers, understand their equipment requirements and generate qualified sales leads.
• Product Demonstrations: Arrange, coordinate and conduct construction equipment demonstrations at customer locations and project sites.
• Application Assessment: Understand customer applications, site conditions and operational requirements to recommend suitable equipment.
• Sales & Conversions: Follow up with prospects, develop sales opportunities, negotiate and support successful sales closures.
• Quotations: Prepare, share and follow up on product quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with the sales team.
• Customer Relationships: Build robust relationships with site engineers, project managers, purchase teams, contractors and business owners.
