We work with ambitious brands and are building a strong outbound sales engine to grow our client base.

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to own and drive our outbound sales engine. You will be responsible for building the top of our sales funnel, generating qualified opportunities, and helping us close exciting brand partnerships.

What You’ll Do:
- Own the complete outbound sales funnel - from lead generation to meeting booking
- Research and identify high-potential brands, D2C companies, and startups that fit our ICP
- Find and connect with key decision-makers.
- Build and manage a high-quality, verified lead database using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Execute and manage cold email campaigns with strong copy and personalization
- Drive LinkedIn outreach and build meaningful conversations with prospects
- Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and nurture prospects to move them to the next stage




- Qualify leads, understand brand needs, and pitch relevant Whizbang services
- Book qualified meetings for the Senior BD team / Founders and assist in closing
- Maintain accurate data in CRM, track outreach metrics, responses, and conversions
- Research industry trends and identify current business opportunities for the agency
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to improve outreach assets

Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation or Outbound Sales (Agency experience is a big plus)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills - strong in both written and spoken English
- Confident with cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting / exceeding targets
