Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive with experience in the digital marketing domain
to support our sales team in driving business growth and closing deals. The ideal candidate will understand a broad
range of digital marketing services and have experience reviewing proposals, validating sales collaterals, participating in
client meetings, and coordinating with internal teams to move opportunities towards closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understand services such as SEO, SEM/PPC, social media marketing, content
marketing, email marketing, performance marketing, influencer marketing, website development, and online reputation
management.
• Proposal Preparation & Verification: Review proposals, quotations, pitch decks, service offerings, pricing details, and
commercial documents before they are shared with clients.




• Collateral Review: Verify sales presentations, company profiles, case studies, service brochures, campaign plans, and
other client-facing materials for accuracy and quality.
• Client Meetings: Participate in client calls and meetings with the sales team to understand requirements, explain
service offerings, address queries, and support presentations.
• Sales Support & Deal Closure: Help the sales team strengthen pitches, respond to client objections, and progress
opportunities towards successful closure.
• Requirement Analysis: Understand client objectives, identify digital marketing needs, and coordinate with internal
teams to shape suitable solutions.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with digital marketing, creative, content, performance marketing, and delivery
teams to gather inputs and confirm proposal feasibility.
• RFPs & Documentation: Assist with RFP/RFQ responses, client questionnaires, scope-of-
