Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in ISB Campus, Mohali, India. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with badminton and tennis players, academies, coaches, and sports organizations. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and outreach,



conducting product demos, managing a pipeline of leads, and negotiating collaboration or subscription agreements. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends, prepare performance reports, and represent Sparring Player at relevant events, meetings, and industry forums.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in sports, technology, or online platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with athletes and partner organizations.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into practical growth strategies and action plans.
• Comfort working with digital tools and CRM systems, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams.
