Role Description The Cybersecurity Operations - SOC Intern | Remote | Chennai | CT R4 is a full time remote role focused on supporting security monitoring and incident response activities. In this position, the intern will assist with reviewing security alerts, analyzing logs and events, and escalating potential threats to senior team members.



Responsibilities include documenting incidents, contributing to playbooks, and helping maintain security tools and dashboards used in the Security Operations Center (SOC). The intern will also participate in research on emerging threats, contribute to reports and status updates, and collaborate with team members to improve detection and response processes. This role provides hands-on exposure to real-world cybersecurity operations while working closely with experienced professionals in a remote environment.
Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in Cybersecurity and Information Security, with an understanding of core security principles and best practices.
• Basic experience or coursework related to Network Security and Application Security, including common vulnerabilities and secure configuration concepts.
