Job Summary:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager/ Manager – R&D; to support product development, quality improvement, and innovation for Beco’s sustainable home-care products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support new product development and formulation activities.
• Conduct product testing, trials, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and suppliers for product development.
• Conduct QC checks and product evaluations across different locations as required.
• Identify opportunities for product improvement, cost optimization, and quality enhancement.
• Prepare and maintain R&D; documentation,



specifications, test reports, and product records.
• Ensure products meet defined quality, safety, performance, and regulatory requirements.
• Support troubleshooting of product quality and formulation-related issues.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new product opportunities.

Requirements:
• 5–8 years of experience in R&D;/Product Development, preferably in FMCG, Home Care, Cleaning Products, or Consumer Products.
• Strong understanding of product testing, formulation, and quality parameters.
• Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel across locations for product testing and QC activities.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
