Role Description The Credit Manager role at Bajaj Finserv is a full-time, in office position based in Cooch Behar. The role involves evaluating credit applications, analyzing financial statements, and assessing risk profiles to support sound lending decisions. The Credit Manager will set and review credit limits, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines. This position also requires regular collaboration with sales, operations,



and risk teams to optimize approval rates while maintaining portfolio quality. The role includes preparing credit reports, recommending actions on delinquent accounts, and contributing to continuous improvement of credit processes and frameworks.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong expertise in Credit Management and Credit Risk Management.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and a good understanding of Finance.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Credit principles and practices.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in retail or commercial lending, preferably within an NBFC or banking environment.
