Roles & Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch, and independently manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.




• Own campaign performance against targets for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CPL, including budget pacing and allocation.
• Build and run structured testing frameworks across audiences, ad copy, creatives, and landing pages, and scale what works.
• Set up, audit, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using the Google Pixel and Meta Pixel to ensure accurate data.
• Create media plans covering channel selection, budget distribution, and campaign scheduling, and recommend where to scale or cut spend.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, present insights and recommendations directly to clients, and act as a point of contact for campaign queries.
• Guide and support junior team members on campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience independently managing paid campaigns on Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
