We are looking for a System Engineer to join us in developing ways for IKEA to stay relevant for our customers.

Our diverse team for Payroll & Mobility is growing, and we would love to talk with you, if you recognize yourself in some of the following: Passionate about understanding the end-to-end employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire), with a strong foundation in HR, Payroll, and Mobility domains. Possess a solution-oriented and creative mindset, enabling effective problem-solving and continuous improvement of processes.
Demonstrate solid ownership by independently driving initiatives toward desired outcomes while simplifying complex processes. Solid understanding of payroll system interfaces and process development, including integrations both to and from payroll systems. Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView (GV), SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
Collaborative team players who build strong cross-functional relationships actively share knowledge and contribute to team success.

Proactively engage and manage stakeholders across HR, People & Culture, GBO, Data, Security,



and external vendors, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Curious and self-driven learner with a strong interest in leveraging AI for HR and Payroll enhancements, improving efficiency and reporting capabilities.

This is our wish list If you don’t recognize yourself in all these points, you might still be an excellent candidate for the role. The must-haves we see for this role is though:
Bachelor's degree in commerce or computer science.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Payroll processing and/or Mobility, preferably within multinational HCM environments

Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP HCM data interfaces, including integrations and data flows.
