Role Description This full time Human Resources Executive role is an on-site position based at Reganta Forest Resort Sasan Gir (Guj) by Royal Orchid Hotel. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting payroll and attendance processes. The role involves implementing HR policies,



supporting performance management cycles, and ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. The Human Resources Executive will also address employee queries, support employee relations initiatives, assist in training and development activities, and collaborate with hotel leadership to foster an inclusive, high-performance workplace.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including workforce planning and talent acquisition.
