Role Description The Inside Sales Representative role at Velvu Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and converting sales opportunities for Velvu’s electronic surveillance solutions. The individual will build and maintain relationships with customers, provide product information,
prepare quotations, and follow up on inquiries to drive revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with the field sales team, updating CRM records, tracking sales activities, and ensuring timely responses to customer requests. The role also requires close collaboration with the support and operations teams to help deliver a smooth customer experience from initial contact through after-sales service.
