Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, and HR data management.



The Senior Executive will oversee implementation and communication of HR policies, support performance management cycles, and help maintain compliance with labor laws and internal standards. Day-to-day work includes handling employee queries, facilitating employee engagement initiatives, coordinating with department heads on workforce planning, and supporting payroll and attendance processes. The role also involves preparing HR reports and dashboards, contributing to process improvements, and partnering with leadership to foster a transparent, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
