ABOUT HAKIRUSH
HAKIRUSH is building India's first employee engagement ecosystem, helping organizations strengthen teamwork and workplace culture through corporate sports tournaments, team-building activities, and engaging employee experiences.
We aim to make employee engagement more interactive, competitive, and memorable by bringing companies together through sports and collaborative activities.
We are looking for motivated, ambitious, and result-oriented Business Development Interns who want practical experience in B2B sales, corporate client acquisition, sponsorship acquisition, and startup growth.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Corporate Client Acquisition

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients, including HR professionals, founders, administration teams, and decision-makers.




• Introduce HAKIRUSH's corporate sports tournaments and employee engagement solutions to prospective clients.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.
• Follow up with prospects, schedule meetings, and help convert leads into paying clients.

• Sponsorship Acquisition

• Identify and approach potential sponsors, brands, and businesses for HAKIRUSH's corporate sports tournaments and events.
• Pitch sponsorship opportunities and communicate the benefits of partnering with HAKIRUSH.
• Generate sponsorship leads, maintain follow-ups, and support the team in securing sponsorship deals.
• Explore opportunities for title sponsors, co-sponsors, merchandise sponsors, and event partners.

• Lead Generation and Market Research

• Research potential corporate clients, sponsors, brands, and relevant industry contacts.
• Build and maintain databases of prospects and sponsorship opportunities.
