Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Wealth Management business leader to build and scale a new Wealth Management vertical from the ground up. The role will have end-to-end responsibility for business development, client acquisition, AUM and revenue growth, product strategy, digital engagement, business operations and team building across Retail and HNI/UHNI segments. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to establish the business model, operating framework and growth roadmap. Candidates with prior experience in building or scaling a wealth, digital wealth or investment business in a technology-led environment will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Build & Scale the Wealth Business
• Take end-to-end ownership of the Wealth Management business, including business planning, growth strategy, operations, revenue, AUM and profitability.
• Work closely with Senior Leadership to define the business model, target segments, operating structure, growth roadmap and key business metrics.
• Establish the Wealth business,



processes and operating framework from the ground up and create a scalable model for future growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and continuously strengthen the Wealth Management proposition based on market and client requirements.

2. Client Acquisition & Business Development
• Develop and execute strategies for recent client acquisition, client activation, relationship development, cross-sell and retention across Retail, Affluent, HNI and UHNI segments.
• Build scalable acquisition channels through digital engagement, referrals, partnerships, existing customer ecosystems and relationship-led channels.
• Drive key business metrics including AUM, revenue, client acquisition, activation, product penetration and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key HNI/UHNI clients and strategic business partners.
