Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Bench Sales Executive to market and place IT consultants who are currently on the bench. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable client requirements, building relationships with vendors and implementation partners, generating interview opportunities, and successfully placing consultants on relevant projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Market and promote available IT consultants to potential clients, vendors, implementation partners, and staffing companies.
• Identify suitable job requirements and match consultants' skills, experience, and availability with client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, and clients to generate business opportunities.
• Submit consultant profiles for relevant requirements and coordinate interview schedules.
• Negotiate pay rates, contract terms,



and placement conditions with vendors and clients.
• Follow up regularly on submitted profiles, interview feedback, and placement opportunities.
• Maintain an updated database of consultants, client requirements, vendor contacts, and submission statuses.
• Coordinate with consultants to ensure availability, interview readiness, and timely communication.
• Track daily marketing activities, submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Achieve assigned targets for profile submissions, interview generation, and successful placements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• 1–4 years of experience in Bench Sales, IT Staffing, or US IT Recruitment.
• Valuable understanding of IT staffing processes, consultant marketing, and vendor management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify suitable requirements and market consultants effectively.
• Familiarity with job portals, vendor porta
