Job Overview
Magnum Group is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in Human Resources. Candidates with BPO experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and end-to-end hiring activities.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and follow-ups.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.





Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any stream or MBA.
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
BPO experience will be an added advantage.
