We are looking for freelance IT technicians to provide in office installation, technical support, and troubleshooting services for Duxbe. The role involves visiting client locations, assisting with software installation, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth system operation.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit client locations for Duxbe installation and setup.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Provide on-site technical support and basic user guidance.
• Assist clients with system configuration and maintenance.
• Report and coordinate with the technical team when necessary.
Requirements
• Experienced in IT systems, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Ability to work independently and manage field visits.
