Vital Insights is India's first Performance & Longevity Lab, based in Chennai. We help people measure and improve how they age and perform. Our diagnostics include DEXA body composition and bone density, VO2 Max testing, MRI, advanced blood panels, and women's health programs, including menopause care.

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to build and own our B2B revenue. You will grow corporate wellness partnerships and institutional tie-ups, and you will build a pipeline that keeps growing quarter on quarter. This is a founding role, so you will work directly with the founders.

Key responsibilities

B2B partnerships
• Build and manage partnerships with corporates, hospitals, clinics, insurers, gyms, sports academies and wellness platforms
• Structure partnership models, including corporate health packages, referral programs, co-branded offerings and revenue-share agreements
• Own partner onboarding, quarterly reviews, renewals and upsells

Corporate outreach
• Identify and approach target companies across IT/ITES, BFSI,



manufacturing and startups in Chennai and South India
• Connect with CHROs, HR heads, Admin and Employee Wellness leads to pitch preventive health and longevity programs
• Run on-site health camps, leadership screening programs and wellness talks
• Represent Vital Insights at HR conclaves and industry events

Closing the sales funnel
• Own the full cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation and contract signing
• Prepare tailored proposals, pricing and ROI cases for each client
• Coordinate with finance and legal on agreements, invoicing and collections
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date

Building the future pipeline
• Maintain a qualified pipeline of at least 3x the quarterly target
• Track market trends, competitor offerings and pricing in corporate wellness
• Feed client insights back into recent packages and services
• Support expansion into new cities and channels
