Role Description The Ecommerce Manager role at TOE CANDY is a full-time, in office position based in West Delhi.



The person in this role will oversee day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and the brand’s own ecommerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data and customer behavior, optimizing product visibility and conversion rates, and coordinating marketing campaigns to drive traffic and revenue. The Ecommerce Manager will collaborate with sales, marketing, design, and supply chain teams to ensure brand consistency, timely launches, and smooth customer experiences. This role also involves monitoring performance metrics, managing relationships with marketplace partners, and identifying opportunities for growth and process improvement.
