Roles and Responsibilities – Business Development Executive

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities by connecting with potential clients, distributors, resellers, channel partners, AV integrators, system integrators, OEM brands, consultants, and enterprise customers.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Google research, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, business directories, exhibitions, referrals, and existing company databases.
• Build, expand, and maintain a strong network of distributors, resellers, and channel partners to increase the reach of Wilyer's digital signage solutions.
• Proactively approach potential clients through cold calling, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and business meetings to generate interest and establish business relationships.
• Understand client requirements, identify business needs, and recommend suitable digital signage, software, hardware, and technology solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to arrange product demonstrations, prepare proposals, share quotations, and address client queries.




• Prepare and deliver basic sales presentations and product pitches to prospective clients, distributors, and business partners.
• Draft skilled sales emails, follow-up messages, proposals, and other business communications to maintain effective client engagement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, client information, communication history, follow-up dates, and deal progress in the CRM system.
• Regularly follow up with prospective clients and channel partners to nurture leads, move opportunities through the sales pipeline, and support deal closures.
• Re-engage existing databases, inactive leads, and previous prospects to identify new sales opportunities and generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager to review the sales pipeline, track opportunities, follow up on proposals, and support business development strategies.
