- 10+ years of experience in residential interiors, architecture, or luxury design.
- Strong portfolio of premium/luxury residential projects
- Excellent expertise in costing, BOQs, furniture, materials, and technical drawings.
- Solid client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven team leadership and commercial ownership.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and business profitability experience preferred.
